How do I track my package, and what does it mean if tracking hasn’t updated for a while?
Tracking link sent at dispatch; scans can pause 24–48h—contact us if past ETA.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or Amazon Hub Lockers?
Because we ship via couriers, we can’t send to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. Use a street address or select free Sydney pickup.
Will the $20 show at checkout before I enter my address?
